3 c water
1 1/2 c lentils
1/2 c onions
2 cups rice
1 tsp. salt
12 oz ketchup
1 egg
1/2 c bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for lentil-rice loaf

  1. boil lentils in water 15-20 mins

  2. add onions & rice, simmer 15-20 min more

  3. mix with remaining ingredients

  4. bake 350 40-minutes
