Recipe Ingredients for Lentil and Quinoa soup

2 lbs lentils
1 cups chopped bell peppers
1 1/2 cups dried split peas
1 1/2 cups quinoa
3/4 cups dried minced onion
2 tbsp beef bouillon
2/3 cups dried diced carrots
16 cups water or more

Recipe Directions for Lentil and Quinoa soup

mix all ingredients. Bring to boil and simmer for 35 minutes until lentils are soft.
