Recipe Ingredients for Lentil, quinoa, and lima bean delight

4 cups canned vegetable broth
2 Italian-style tomatoes
2 3/4 cups water
3 cups chopped onions
4 large carrots, chopped
10 oz corn, frozen
1 green pepper
1 cup lima beans, frozen
1 zucchini
1/2 cup lentils
1/3 cup quinoa
1/3 cup green peas, frozen
2 tablespoons dried rubbed sage

Recipe Directions for Lentil, quinoa, and lima bean delight

  1. put all ingredients into a large pot and let simmer for about 45 minutes or until all ingredients are thuroughly cooked

  2. serve hot and enjoy!
