Recipe Ingredients for Lentil and Mozarella Bake

125 g mozarella, chopped
500 g green lentils , cooked
2 bell peppers, roughly chopped
1 onion, in wedges
300 g passata
1 tsp mixed herbs

Recipe Directions for Lentil and Mozarella Bake

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C

  2. Lightly cover the onions and peppers in olive oil, on a baking sheet, and roast for 25 minutes, or until tender.

  3. Mix the remaining ingredients, besides the mozarella, with the roast vegetables and place in an ovenproof dish.

  4. Cover with the mozarella.

  5. Bake for 25 minutes.
