1 cup Traditional Feta Crumbled
1.5 cup Lentils, Mature Seeds
3 cup Leeks, (Bulb And Lower Leaf-portion)
7 Medium Tomatoes
1 cup, sliced Onions

Recipe Directions for Lentil mix

Saute chopped leeks and onions in olive oil until soft. Add cut tomatoes, lentils, and crumbled feta. Stir in cooked rice. Add seasonings as appropriate.
