Not the "meatiest" of fake loafs out there, but the rice makes it very filling

Recipe Ingredients for Lentil Loaf

100 g red lentils
1 cup brown rice
2 carrots, shredded
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tsp sage
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 onion, diced

Recipe Directions for Lentil Loaf

  1. Cook rice and lentils. Sautee the onion. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, and put them in a pan - I use a bread pan.

  2. Cook for 45 mins at 225 degrees C.
