Courtesy of the lovely and talented Heather (of Heather Eats Almond Butter), a low-key, high-protein, high-fiber recipe that's cheap and super easy. (And that I'm kind of making into a salad, but shhhh.)

Recipe Ingredients for Lentil Hummus

1 cup lentils, cooked
1 tbsp tahini
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced and sautéed
