Recipe Ingredients for Lentil and Garbanzo bean salad

1 cup Lentils
2 cups Garbanzo Beans
1 cup Carrots
1 Yellow Onion
2 cloves of Garlic
1 tbs olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbs Vinegar

Recipe Directions for Lentil and Garbanzo bean salad

  1. boil the lentils until tender, add the canned garbanzo beans.

  2. Chop Carrots, Onion, Garlic, and saute in olive oil with salt. Cook about 15 min on med heat.

  3. add to bean and lentil mixture along with balsamic vinegar.

  4. serve warm or cold
