curried lentils with apricots and sweet potato

Recipe Ingredients for Lentil curry

2 cups lentils
2 onions, chopped
1 sweet potato, cubed
2 T tomato puree
3 T olive oil
50 g apricots
1 t garlic
3 t Spices Curry Powder
2 T green curry paste
2 Stock Cubes

Recipe Directions for Lentil curry

  1. chop onion and fry in oil.

  2. Add everything else, top up with about 1L water.

  3. Cook until soft
