Recipe Ingredients for Lentil Curry

1 cup Lentils, Mature Seeds
1 cup Long Grain Brown Rice
2 cup, chopped Kale
4 clove Garlic
2 tsp Ginger Root
1 medium raw Onion Yellow
1 medium raw Onion Yellow
1.5 tbsp Curry Powder
2 tsp No Chicken Base
4 tsp Cumin
3 tsp Sea Salt
3 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin

Recipe Directions for Lentil Curry

Start cooking brown rice in one pot. Add low sodium cube of broth if you want. Saute veggies in olive oil for a few minutes. Add spices for a few seconds. Add broth, lentils -- cover and simmer for about 45 minutes. Add chopped kale for another 15 minutes. Combine as you wish.
