Recipe Ingredients for Lentil crust for pizza

1/2 c lentils, (dry measure, cooked in 1.5-2 c water)
4 tbs whole wheat flour
2 egg whites

Recipe Directions for Lentil crust for pizza

  1. cook 1/2 c lentils in 1.5 to 2 cusp water till tender

  2. drain remaining liquid

  3. beat egg whites

  4. add egg & flour to lentils, "kneed"

  5. Press into 9" square pan

  6. bake at 350 for 15 minutes

  7. remove, cool and top with your favorite pizza toppings
