150 grams CousCous
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
3 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Lentil and Cous Cous

  1. Boil lentils

  2. Sautee onion in olive oil

  3. Add cous cous to onion and oil, brown

  4. Add Lentils to mixture

  5. Flavor with cumin and salt to taste.
