Recipe Ingredients for Lentil Cookies

9 1/2 ounces wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
6 ounces sugar, approximately 1 cup
6 ounces applesauce, room temperature, approximately 3/4 cup
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 ounces lentils
3 1/2 ounces rolled oats, approximately 1 cup
4 ounces raisins, approximately 1 cup

Recipe Directions for Lentil Cookies

  1. Cream butter and sugar.

  2. Add wet ingredients.

  3. Add dry ingredients.

  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-17 minutes.
