Recipe Ingredients for Lentil/Chicken Stew

4 cups lentils
2 cups cilantro
3 medium tomatoes
1 medium onion
1 green bell pepper
3 cloves garlic
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp cayenne pepper
35 g Chicken Bouillon Cubes
1 2/5 lbs chicken

Recipe Directions for Lentil/Chicken Stew

To crockpot-add lentils-for every 1 cup of soaked lentils add 1 1/2 cup of water, add chopped cilantro, tomatoes. Add spices and chicken buoilline and sauteed onions, garlic and peppers. Cook for 1 hour on high, then add cooked chicken-cook on high for 3 hours.
