Lentil and sweet potato burger with salad and lime dressing

Recipe Ingredients for Lentil burger with salad

100 grams Sweetpotato
1 1/3 small raw Red Onion
0.5 Tablespoon Garlic Puree
50 grams Lentils
1 small egg Eggs White Small
5 grams Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
10 grams Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Serving Mixed Leaf Medley Salad
2 wedge yields Lime Juice
1 tbsp Sauce Soy
5 grams Sugars, Granulated
1 oz Chilli

Recipe Directions for Lentil burger with salad

  1. Cook lentils for around 30 mins in boiling water, skimming off scum

  2. Meanwhile, boil and mash sweet potato

  3. Fry the onion, and add the cooked pots, lentils, garlic, a chilli and fry for a bit

  4. Allow to cool a little, and add the egg white to combine

  5. Dust with flour

  6. Fry
