Recipe Ingredients for lentil burger w/o the bread

1 cup dried lentils
3/4 cup bread crumbs
3/4 cup quick oats
1 onion
1 carrot
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
8 oz mozzarella

Recipe Directions for lentil burger w/o the bread

Cook lentils with 2 1/2 cups water, mix cooked lentils with diced onion, carrot, soy sauce, mix, make into patties cook, and top with cheese. Serve on bread with sweet chili sauce and chopped onions.
