Recipe Ingredients for Lentil and brown rice stew

1 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves
1/4 cup chopped onion
4 carrots
2 cup dry lentils
1 cup dry brown rice
3 celery stalks

Recipe Directions for Lentil and brown rice stew

  1. Saute onion, garlic and celery.

  2. Add water, lentils, rice, and carrots and simmer until tender, about 45 -60 minutes.
