Recipe Ingredients for Lentil & Brown Rice Casserole

3 cups water
1 tbs soy sauce
3/4 cups lentils
3/4 cup brown rice
1/2 onion chopped
1/2 tsp basil
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp thyme
2 tbs garlic
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Lentil & Brown Rice Casserole

  1. Wash lentils

  2. Combine all ingredients in crockpot

  3. Soak overnight

  4. Cook on high for 2-4 hours or low for 4-6 hours
