Recipe Ingredients for Lentil Bolognese

1/4 onion
1 clove garlic
2 mushrooms
1/4 carrot
1/4 zucchini
1 tbsp lentils
2 1/2 oz chopped tomatoes
1 tsp oregano
1 pinch cayenne
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 pinch nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Lentil Bolognese

  1. Saute onion & garlic

  2. Boil lentils separately for 10-15 mins

  3. Add zucchini and carrots

  4. Add herbs

  5. Add mushrooms with soy sauce

  6. Add tomatoes - simmer

  7. When lentils cooked add to tomato mixture.
