Recipe Ingredients for Lentil Bolognaise

2 tbsp chopped Onions
1 medium Carrots
1 1tsp Oil, Vegetable Corn, Salad Or Cooking
200 grams Tomatoes
1 Cube Stock Cubes
50 grams Lentils

Recipe Directions for Lentil Bolognaise

  1. Chop and fry the onions and carrots until soft.

  2. Add the chopped tomatoes and 200ml of stock (vegetable is what I used but that's not on the database).

  3. Bring to the boil, add the lentils, turn down the heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until the lentils are fully cooked.

  4. Serve with pasta and a bit of grated cheese.
