Recipe Ingredients for Lentil Bison Stew

2 cups of lentils
1/2 pound of bison
1 onion
1 cube chicken stock
2 raw carrots

Recipe Directions for Lentil Bison Stew

Boil 2 cups of lentils in water and chicken stock. Add carrots and onion to boil with lentils. Boil until soft to taste. Pan fry bison until lightly brown and add to lentils as lentils are near done cooking. Serving in 1/2 cup (120gm) servings.
