Recipe Ingredients for Lentil Bhuna

32 1/2 g lentils
1 cup canned tomatoes
100 g spinach
200 g mixed vegetables
1/2 tsp olive oil
1 serving Bhuna
80 g onion

Recipe Directions for Lentil Bhuna

  1. Fry the onion in the olive oil, then add the canned tomatoes

  2. Add the canned lentils, mixed veggies, and spinach, and allow to cook for 3-4 minutes

  3. Add the jar of curry sauce (it doesn't have to bhuna, just any tomato based curry), and then allow to simmer for 15-20 minutes.
