Recipe Ingredients for Lentil/Bean/Tomato Soup

1 cups chopped broccoli
1 cup chopped tomato
1 red bell pepper
1 cup chopped red onion
1 cups spinach
1 cups lentils
1 oz kidney beans
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped zuccini

Recipe Directions for Lentil/Bean/Tomato Soup

  1. Boil Lentils per directions on package.

  2. Drain water, return to pan and - keep 1/2 cup lentil water and return to pan.

  3. Add 2 Cans Tomato soup, 2 cans water

  4. Add chopped vegetables

  5. Simmer 1/2 hour
