Recipe Ingredients for Lentil, Asparagus and Salmon Salad

2 cup Vegetable Broth
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
2 dash Salt, Table
1 cup Bulgur, Dry
8 oz Fish, Salmon, Atlantic, Farmed
0.5 cup Lentils, Mature Seeds
3 Tablespoon Pumpkin Seeds
12 spears (1/2" base) Asparagus
1 oz Mint
1 tsp Turmeric, Ground
2 tbsp Avocado Oil
1 lemon yields Lemon Juice

Recipe Directions for Lentil, Asparagus and Salmon Salad

Cook lentils, bulgur and salmon separately. mix together with the rest of the ingredients and chill before serving.
