Lentil & Apple Salad. Good protein and tangy. Best with Granny Smith apples.

Recipe Ingredients for Lentil Apple Salad

4 tbsp Whipped Dressing Low Fat
1 medium apple Apples
3 serving Lemon Juice
1 serving Fat Free Yogurt Plain
1 cup, diced Celery
1 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1/4 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper
4 serving Unico Lentils - Rinsed (low sodium)

Recipe Directions for Lentil Apple Salad

Combine chopped, unpeeled apple with lemon juice. Drain and rinse lentils. Add lentils, celery & green onion to bowl. Stir in mayo or dressing and yogurt and pepper. Cover & refrigerate at least 30 minutes to develop flavours.
