Recipe Ingredients for Lenten Vegetable Tahini Wraps

24 oz Carrots
48 oz Cabbage
4 cup Julienne Beets
1 cup (not packed) Raisins, Seedless
1 cup Chopped Walnuts
32 tbsp Sesame Butter, Tahini, From Roasted And Toasted Kernels (Most Common Type)
2 clove Garlic
1/2 cup Lemon Juice
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1/8 tsp Salt, Table
20 tortilla 10" Low Carb Whole Wheat Tortillas 8ct

Recipe Directions for Lenten Vegetable Tahini Wraps

  1. Grate Carrots

  2. Shred Cabbage

  3. Drain Beets

  4. With Food Processor Running, add Garlic, then Tahini, then Lemon Juice, then Salt, then Water until sauce has a creamy consistency.

  5. Mix carrots, cabbage, beets, raisins and nuts.

  6. Mix tahini sauce into vegetables until well blended.

  7. Roll into wraps (about 6 oz filling per wrap).
