Recipe Ingredients for Lenten Clam Chowder

275 grams Onion
27 grams Vegetable Stock
876 grams Water
1445 grams Clams
600 grams Corn
645 grams Potato
400 ml Coconut Milk

Recipe Directions for Lenten Clam Chowder

  1. Chop onions.

  2. Combine onions, vegetable stock cubes, water and juice from the canned clams and heat to a boil.

  3. Cube potatos and add to soup.

  4. When potatos are cooked, add corn, clams and coconut milk and heat to preferred serving temperature.
