Recipe Ingredients for Lemony Salmon and Dill Toss

170 grams salmon, drained
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp lemon zest
205 1/2 grams cooked farfalle
1 1/2 c blanched asparagus
3 tbsp chopped dill
2 tbsp capers
1/3 c shredded parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Lemony Salmon and Dill Toss

Mix a 6 oz can salmon, drained; 1 1/2 c blanched asparagus pieces; 3 Tbsp lemon juice; 3 Tbsp chopped dill; 2 1/2 Tbsp olive oil; 2 Tbsp capers; 2 tsp lemon zest; and 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper in a bowl. Stir in 4 C cooked farfalle and 1/3 c shredded Parmesan. Serves 4.
