Recipe Ingredients for Lemony lamb steak

3 ounce Lamb, Leg, Whole (Shank And Sirloin) - Separable Lean Only, Trimmed To 1/4" Fat, Choice, Cooked, Roasted
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
47 g Lemon Juice
1 tbsp black pepper
5 g spring Onion, sliced
15 g ginger root, sliced
1 tbsp garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Lemony lamb steak

  1. Prep time: 20min

  2. Cook time: 15-20min

  3. Get a lean piece of lamb, marinate in sauces, lemon juice and condiments for 15 minutes, add to a pan (medium heat, no oil) Let the marinade simmer away (add water if marinade has reduced and starts sticking to pan)

  4. Eat when done:)
