1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
2 cloves, raw Garlic
0.25 medium raw Leeks

  1. Brown leeks and garlic in olive oil

  2. Add greens. Once nearly done add lemon, salt and any other spicing.
