Chilled cucumber dish marinated in l lemon juice and vinegar. NOTE: This is much better if you let it sit for 4 hours then if you go and eat it immediately, otherwise, it is bland.

Recipe Ingredients for Lemony Cucumbers

1 cucumbers, sliced
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 1/4 teaspoons red wine vinegar
2 1/2 teaspoons white sugar
3/4 teaspoon celery seed
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper OR lemon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 teaspoons chopped onion
1 1/4 teaspoons lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Lemony Cucumbers

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cucumbers, vinegar, sugar, celery seed, pepper, salt, chopped onion and lemon juice. Toss, cover and chill for 4 hours.
