Recipe Ingredients for Lemony Chicken

1 Chicken Breast, halved and skinned
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp rosemary, dried
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp mustard, dry

Recipe Directions for Lemony Chicken

  1. Wash the chicken and pat dry on paper towel. Place in a large shallow dish.

  2. Combine the olive oil, garlic powder , lemon juice, rosemary, soy sauce, mustard, salt and pepper in a container with a lid; cover. Shake well.

  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken. cover and marinate in refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.

  4. Grill chicken 6? above the coals for 35-40 minutes or until the juices run clear, basting and turning the chicken frequently.
