Recipe Ingredients for Lemongrass sauce/marinade

4 T lemongrass
2 T grated ginger
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp mirin
2 T rice vinegar
1/2 c thai basil
1 serving Fish Sauce

Recipe Directions for Lemongrass sauce/marinade

combine ingredients in bowl. marinate pressed tofu in marinade for a minimum 20-30 minutes. Retain remaining marinade create sauce in finished stir fry. (Discard if using meat, and set some aside for this purpose.)
