Homemade no-sugar lemonade. Healthiest "soft drink" you could have, and extra-light. Plus, lemons help intestinal transit and liver health, because of the fiber and acid, respectively. So just make yourself some nice lemonade and enjoy a refreshing summer drink without the guilt.

Recipe Ingredients for Lemonade

1 NLEA serving Lemons
1,5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 packet Stevia

Recipe Directions for Lemonade

  1. Press the lemon. It should yield about 1/4 cup, or about 1/8 of your glass.

  2. Pour juice in the glass, add stevia or other sweetener to taste and fill with water and ice cubes.
