Recipe Ingredients for Lemonade diet

1 fruit (2" dia) Limes
2 tbsp Organics 100% Pure Maple Syrup

Recipe Directions for Lemonade diet

Squeeze 1 full lime, just the limejuice, into a glass. Then add an equal amount of maple syrup, add in some cayene pepper. Add 8-16 oz. of water, mix, and drink!
