Recipe Ingredients for Lemonade Cleanse

3 Organics Lemons
165 ml organic maple syrup
60 oz filtered water
1 optional:
1 dash non-iodized sea salt)
1 dash cayenne pepper powder

Recipe Directions for Lemonade Cleanse

  1. juice lemons

  2. mix lemon juice with maple syrup (or sub. Honey)

  3. stir in 60 oz of filtered water

  4. chill and stir before serving

  5. optionally add a dash of the salt or cayenne or both

  6. as cayenne stimulates circulation and thermogenics, and salt will be beneficial considering the amount of water you will be consuming.
