Recipe Ingredients for lemon zucchini loaf

2 c whole wheat flour
2/3 c sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 c grated zucchini
1/4 c unsweetened applesauce
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 egg white
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 c fat free yogurt

Recipe Directions for lemon zucchini loaf

  1. MIx dry ingreadients.

  2. When measuring flour spoon into measuring cup. add rest and stir with whisk.

  3. Mix wet ingredeints. add to dry. put in pan and cook at 350.
