Recipe Ingredients for lemon yogurt cupcakes

2 cups wheat flour
2/3 cups sugar
120 g lemon
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp baking soda
1/2 cup canola oil
2 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for lemon yogurt cupcakes

  1. preheat oven to 400

  2. mix sugar and zest of two lemons

  3. mix dry ingredients into sugar zest combo

  4. mix wet ingredients

  5. add dry into wet

  6. mix lightly

  7. bake for 13 mins or until golden brown
