2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 egg
1/4 cup 2% milk
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons thyme
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/5 cup olive oil

Recipe Directions for Lemon Thyme Muffins

  1. Mix dry ingredients.

  2. Mix wet ingredients.

  3. Mix together dry and wet ingredients.

  4. Spoon into muffin papers/tin.

  5. Bake at 400 F for 20-25 minutes.
