Chicken with lemon, garlic, and thyme. Tastes much better with drumsticks and skin, but much healthier with skinless breasts.

Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Thyme Chicken

4 serving Chicken Breast (1 Breast, about 6 oz; Costco)
3 serving Lemon Peel (3 Tbsp; 1 Lemon)
15 serving Garlic (1 Clove)
2 serving Sea Salt (1/4 tsp; Hain)
0.5 serving Black Pepper (1 tsp)
8 tsp Thyme, Fresh

Recipe Directions for Lemon Thyme Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 375

  2. In glass baking dish, add chicken pieces

  3. Slice lemons in half and juice them, and add rinds and juice to chicken

  4. Add garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme

  5. Mix well.

  6. Bake 30-40 minutes, basting every 10 minutes
