Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Spaghetti

12 ounces spaghetti
1 tsp lemon rind
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1/4 cup parsley
2 ounces parmesin cheese

Recipe Directions for Lemon Spaghetti

Cook 12 ounces spaghetti according to package directions. Drian and place in large bowl. Combine 1 tsp grated lemon rind, 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice, 1/4 cup olive oil, 3/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper, stirring with a whisk. Drizzle juice mixture over pasta with 2 ounces shaved parmesin cheese and 1/4 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley.
