Recipe Ingredients for Lemon-Soy Dressing

3 teaspoons garlic, minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup light olive oil

Recipe Directions for Lemon-Soy Dressing

  1. 1 large garlic clove, minced

  2. 2 Tablespoons lemon juice

  3. 1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar

  4. 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce

  5. 1/8 teaspoon salt

  6. Generous seasoning freshly ground pepper

  7. 1/2 cup mild-flavored olive oil

  8. Place all the ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake vigorously.

  9. Yield: 3/4 cup
