Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Sorbet

141 g lemon juice (3 lemons, 3+ tbs)
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup light corn syrup
2 1/2 cups cold water

Recipe Directions for Lemon Sorbet

  1. Grate the zest of one lemon and set it aside.

  2. Juice the lemons. Save the pulp but pick out the pits.

  3. Stir the sugar, corn syrup, and water together in a mixing bowl until the sugar dissolves.

  4. Stir in the lemon juice and zest.

  5. Transfer the mixture to your ice cream machine and freeze.
