Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Salmon Burgers

385 grams Wild Pink Salmon
2 large Egg, White
0.13 cup, chopped Onions
2 tbsp Parsley
0.25 cup Organic Breadcrumbs
2 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
0.5 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
1 grams Crushed Red Pepper
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
2 tablespoon Mayonnaise light
1 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
1 tsp, ground Basil, Dried

Recipe Directions for Lemon Salmon Burgers

Mix salmon, egg whites, parsley, onion, bread crumbs, 2 Tbs lemon juice, and 1/2 tsp basil. Form into 4 firmly packed patties. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat cook patties 4 minutes per side until nicely browned. Mix mayo, 1 Tbs lemon juice, and basil for sauce.
