A tasty recipe from Allrecipes.com. There's a mayo based sauce that's optional: (2 tbsp light mayo, 1 tbsp lemon juice and a pinch of dried basil), but those cals aren't added into this total.

Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Salmon Burgers

16 oz salmon
2 eggs
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
2 tbsp onion, chopped
1/4 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes

Recipe Directions for Lemon Salmon Burgers

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Separate into 6 patties.

  3. Pan-fry in a skillet for 4-6 minutes per side. (If you add oil to fry, add on those cals... I just use fat free cooking spray, though).
