Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Rosemary Salmon

8 oz Fish, Salmon, Atlantic, Farmed (2 small filets)
1 fruit+2-1/8"+dia lemon
4 tsp rosemary
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tsp coarse salt

Recipe Directions for Lemon Rosemary Salmon

  1. *** for a better/fresher taste, use fresh rosemary sprigs instead of 4 tsp dried ***

  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  3. Arrange half the lemon slices in a single layer in a baking dish. Layer with 2 sprigs rosemary, and top with salmon fillets.

  4. Sprinkle salmon with salt, layer with remaining rosemary sprigs, and top with remaining lemon slices. Drizzle with olive oil.

  5. Bake 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until fish is easily flaked with a fork.
