24 oz Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin\
2 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon diced rosemary
1/2 teaspoon lemon rind
1 fruit+2-1/8"+dia lemon

Recipe Directions for lemon and rosemary roasted red potatoes

  1. clean and quarter small red potatoes

  2. whisk melted butter and olive oil with lemon rinds, rosemary and salt

  3. squeeze half of a lemon into mix and stir

  4. toss cleaned potatoes in mix

  5. bake at 400 for 40 t0 60 minutes or until crispy on outside and tender on inside
