Recipe Ingredients for Lemon and Rosemary Chicken with Rice

1 pound of Chicken Tenders
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp dried rosemary
1 lemon, juice
2 cups uncooked rice
3 cloves garlic, chopped

Recipe Directions for Lemon and Rosemary Chicken with Rice

  1. Begin cooking rice in rice cooker (approx 30 mins).

  2. Mix juice from half of the lemon, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp rosemary in a bowl.

  3. Put chicken tenders in bowl and mix so chicken is completely coated by mixture.

  4. Chop 3 cloves of garlic.

  5. Put 1 tbsp garlic in a skillet and bring to medium heat.

  6. Cook garlic in skillet and then add rosemary.

  7. Add chicken to skillet and cook thoroughly, flipping chicken halfway.

  8. Serve over rice.
