Delicious Granny Rasmussen's pudding

Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Pudding

3 eggs
1 cup Splenda
3 tbsp margarine
1/3 cup white flour
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup 1% milk
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Lemon Pudding

  1. Seperate Eggs. Beat Egg whites until stiff.

  2. Cream together egg yolks, sugar and margarine.

  3. Add remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly.

  4. Fold in egg whites.

  5. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes
