Tastes great and definitely helps with calories but it has quite a bit of sodium so don't over do.

Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Pudding Pie made with Almond Milk

8 serving lemon pudding sugar free
2 serving whonu vanilla wafers
2.5 serving Pure Almond Almondmilk

Recipe Directions for Lemon Pudding Pie made with Almond Milk

Prepare pudding by adding 2 1/2 cups of almond milk(unsweetened) in a bowl and add two packs of pudding. Beat until it thickens. Pour into a pie plate that has been lined with 16 (2 servings) Whonu Vanilla Wafers. Refrigerate and serve cold. You can add a little light whipped topping, but it really isn't necessary. The almond milk does a great job at way under half the calories.
